The object of the invention is to obtain a stabilised calcium oxide and nitrogen oxide of zirconium dioxide as an inert matrix for the transmutation of actinides in one synthesis from a combination of two modified gel methods. The method is to add stabilisers, preferential calcium nitrate or nitrogen yttrium to the solution of zirconium nitrate ZrO(NO3)2 and then a complexing factor, favourable ascorbic acid, to the sum of metal moths 1:1 and to introduce radioactive elements from the spent fuel, favourable in the form of plutonium and US surrogates such as arsenic and neodymium in the form of nitrates, then salt is alkalised with ammonia water,favourable to pH =4.2. Sulphur obtained, added,to the organic phase of ethylhexanol with an emulsifier advantageous at the rate of dosing 0,2 ml/min. by receiving spherical gel grains which, after decantation and washing, undergo thermal treatment at temperatures advantageous 170-C, 300-C, 500-C, 700-C during 1h, passing between successive temperatures at the rate of heating, The final stage is heating, 800oC temperature by 0,5 h. and XRD analysis and SEM analysis.
