The invention relates to a food supplement and to a process for preparing the same. According to the invention, the product comprises biologically-active water containing up to 11 ppm of deuterium, 0.2...2% native collagen with a molecular mass of 350...400 kDa, 0.1...1% glycosaminoglycans, minerals and vitamins of pharmaceutical quality, nutritional supplements from natural extracts, natural flavours. The process, as claimed by the invention, consists in that the deuterium-depleted water is introduced in a vessel provided with a stirrer and is stirred at a rate of 2 rpm while gradually admixing the components, after which the resulting product is subjected to sterilization through a uniform magnetic field of 1 tesla, to UV sterilization to be finally magnetically filtered at an intensity of 900 gauss for water restructuring purposes.
