AMRO'S TECHNIQUE FOR FASHIONING VASCULAR ANASTOMOSES IN PATIENTS WITH ATHEROSCLEROTIC CALCINOSIS OF MAJOR ARTERIES

The technique for fashioning the vascular anastomoses in the patients with atherosclerotic calcinosis of the major arteries comprising joining the face-ends of the blood vessels followed by their suturing at specified sites wherein the openings are perforated in the walls of the calcinated artery with the aid of the special vascular puncher. The sharp ends of the puncher are joined toe-to-toe.
