METHOD FOR TWO-STAGE PHOSPHOGYPSUM REPROCESSING INTO COMPLEX FERTILIZER USING AMMONIUM CARBONATE AND WET-PROCESS PHOSPHORIC ACID

The method for two-stagephosphogypsum reprocessing into the complex fertilizer using ammonium carbonate and wet-process phosphoric acid consists in the treatment of phosphogypsum with the solution of ammonium carbonate. Then the suspension obtained is treated with off-grade wet-process phosphoric acid. The final product is dried at the temperature of 120 °C. The first stage of conversion is performed without filtration. Both stages require the heating at the temperature of 50 °C.
