The invention relates to medicine, particularly to the gynecology, and can be used in the conservative treatment of the adenomyosis in women. The method of treatment of the adenomyosis consists in prescription of the therapy regimen of the intramuscular or subcutaneous injections of the minimum therapeutic dose of the agonist of gonadotropin-releasing hormone in depot form once every 28 days for 6 months, concurrently the "cover" therapy is prescribed with oral intake of: Abufene at the dose of 400 mg three times a day for 5-10 days, Tivortin in a dose of 1 g three times a day for 14 days, and the agent based on calcium and vitamin D3 at a daily dose of 1500 mg of calcium and 600 IU of the vitamin D3 for 14 days.
