A method of surgical treatment of mandibular fractures includes surgical access to fracture site, treatment of osteal wound, removal of devitalized tissues, freshening sclerosed bone fragments, reposition, fixation of bone fragments, until restoration of the anatomical form, filling fracture lines with osteoplastic material, wound closure, moreover it is also provided an intraoral access to the fracture site, and filling of a socket of a tooth removed from the fracture line, a and fracture line with osteoplastic material depending on the nature of a bone tissue defect and a position of its occurrence, and a fixation of bone fragments performed out using a plate-membrane made of polylactic acid and applied to vestibular surface of the mandible or on the top of the crest of the alveolar bone, spreading on both surfaces of the mandible, and plate-membrane is fastened to outer cortical plate by means of pins and before closing plate-membrane edges are smoothed out by means of milling.
