A method of polishing with an el'bor borazon tape of parts surfaces of high-alloy composites based on aluminum for printing machines, provides fixing of the part in the apparatus; fixation provides rotation of the part around its axis with the normalized velocity, simultaneous fluid vibrations along the part axis and a tight contact of the workpiece surface with a flexible elastic tape which moves tangentially to the workpiece and perpendicularly to its axis of rotation with the calculated velocity. The flexible elastic tape with a polyethylene terephthalate base is used for polishing, to the working surface of the tape by means of a binding agent of butyral resin and a phenol-formaldehyde resole resin at a ratio of 1:1 by weight are attached classified flours of el'bor borazon of a common durability (LO) and a grain size of 0.5-3 microns at 100% concentration of el'bor borazon grains with the tape founding thickness in the range of 10-20 microns and the el'bor borazon layer in the range of 1.5-5 microns.
