AN EL'BOR BORAZON TAPE FOR POLISHING OF PARTS SURFACES OF WEAR-RESISTANT COMPOSITES BASED ON ALUMINUM FOR PRINTING MACHINES

摘要

An el'bor borazon tape for polishing of parts surfaces of wear-resistant composites based on aluminum for printing machines contains polyethylene terephthalate base and el'bor borazon layer of fine-grained classified flours of el'bor borazon (LO) allocated in a surface layer of a binding agent. The binding agent of the tape surface layer consists of butyral resin and phenol-formaldehyde resole resin at a ratio of 1:1 by weight. As filler are used classified flours of el'bor borazon of a common durability (LO) and a grain size of 0.5-3 microns at 100% concentration of el'bor borazon. Moreover the thickness of polyethylene terephthalate base is in the range of 10-20 microns and the thickness of the el'bor borazon layer is in the range of 1.5-5 microns.
