A PROCESS FOR THE TREATMENT OF INDUSTRIAL WASTES PERTAINING TO INKS, DYES, PIGMENTS, PAINT, RESINS, LATEX, ADHESIVES AND ORGANIC SLUDGE

Disclosed is a process of treating industrial wastes wherein inks, dyes, pigments, paint, resins, latex, adhesives and organic sludge waste is subjected to thermal reduction at starved air conditions in a rotating reactor. Volatilized components that condensed are then treated by electro-coagulation and chemical coagulation. Incondensable gases are thermally treated in the fire chamber with burner system which encloses the rotating reactor. Char from the reactor are enriched with nutrients from animal wastes and are used as soil fertilizers.
