Storage system, generation and regulation of electricity on high-capacity floating platform using the existing depth in seas and lakes. It consists of a floating platform in the sea or a lake where there is some depth to store electrical energy from a generator of electricity or a power grid in the form of potential energy by raising one or more weight elements, from the bottom to the floating platform by means of an electric motor to then be converted subsequently, with falling of the weight into electrical energy using an electrical generator and injecting an electrical distribution network.
