Container unwound film, aluminum foil or the like wound or wrapped around a roll (5), comprising a tubular body (a), for accommodating a roll (5) to be contained, control means for rotation in one direction of said roll (5), means for cutting electric heat and means for cutting tearing, wherein said means for electrical heat cutting means and said cutting tear are mounted on the same device (D) and said means for electrical heat cutting means and said cutting tear are located in opposite positions on said device (D) and respectively consisting of an extended metallic wire (26 ') connected to drive means and means for generating electric current, and a bar (28) with saw teeth; said means for electrical or heat cutting means and said cutting tear consist of two interchangeable devices.
