A method of manufacturing a composition for inducing tissue regeneration by activating platelet rich plasma (PRP), the method comprising the steps of: separating the PRP from whole blood; mixing the PRP with a solution of calcium chloride; and mixing a mixture of PRP and calcium chloride solution with type I collagen; wherein the step of separating the PRP from whole blood comprising the steps of: obtaining 10 ml of whole blood of an animal or a patient in a test tube under vacuum containing sodium citrate 3.2% and, primarily, centrifuging the whole blood obtained (1.750 ~ 1.900 g) for 3 to 5 minutes; a supernatant fluid (plasma layer) comprising buffy coat through said centrifugation; transferring the obtained supernatant liquid (plasma layer) comprising the buffy coat to a new test tube under vacuum with a blunt needle and centrifuged a second time (4500 ~ 5000 g) for 4 to 6 minutes; and obtain the PRP concentrated in a bottom layer (from the bottom to a height of approximately 1 ml of test tube) with a blunt needle
