Disclosed is a composition for inducing tissue regeneration by activatingplatelet richplasma (PRP) with a calcium chloride solution and type I collagen, and amethod ofmanufacturing the same. The disclosed method includes the steps of: separatingPRP fromwhole blood; mixing the PRP with a calcium chloride solution; and mixing themixture of thePRP and the calcium chloride solution with type I collagen. The disclosedcomposition mayhave a gel-type of formation containing PRP, and may be transplanted to anylesion in need oftissue regeneration in cases such as bone defect treatment and wound healing,andaccordingly, PRP may be activated to induce a growth factor which is usefulfor tissueregeneration from PRP gel to conveniently and quickly achieve effective tissueregeneration.Accordingly, the disclosed method is very useful in enhancing the credibilityof applying PRP tolesions and presenting a good image to consumers.
