Tetratiomolibdate (TTM) in the form of a sterile injectable aqueous or non-aqueous solution or suspension, in a nontoxic diluent or solvent acceptable parenterally, for use in the therapy of ischemiareperfusion injury, where the lesion is cranial or cerebral.
