First control device (PG) communication session comprised in a first local terminal (T1) of a local network (LAN), connected by a gateway (GTW) to a communication network distant (IMS) which is connected to least one remote terminal (T4), said control device comprising: determining means for determining whether another local terminal (T2, T3) of said local network is configured to apply a proxy function for controlling at least the transactions session establishment between the remote terminal (T4) and each of the terminals of the local network; and setting means capable, in case of failure of the determination, to record said first terminal to said remote network (IMS) and said first local terminal configured to activate said proxy function.
