TERMINAL FOR USE WITH WIRELESS LOCAL AREA NETWORK, SYSTEM, EMERGENCY CENTER AVAILABLE TO ESTABLISH A SESSION WITH THE TERMINAL, EMERGENCY CENTER AVAILABLE FOR REQUESTING IDENTITY INFORMATION ASSOCIATED TERMINAL AND IDENTITY INFORMATION DIRECTING IDENTITY INFORMATION, NETWORK ELEMENT WILLING TO RECEIVE IDENTITY INFORMATION ASSOCIATED WITH THE TERMINAL, AND METHOD FOR ESTABLISHING AN EMERGENCY SESSION.
