A method and a device for transporting heat-sensitive products in a refrigerated lorry, of the type involving indirect injection of a cryogenic fluid into a heat exchanger system (3) internal to the chamber(s) (20) in which the products are stored, the lorry additionally comprising a heating system (30, 31, 32, 35, 36) able to heat the air inside at least one of the chambers, notable in that the production of cold and the heating system are interfaced both in terms of how they are positioned in the chamber and in terms of how they operate.
