The present invention relates to a learnable web/mobile advertisement system and method employing a repetitive participation scheme, which enables a customer to learn an advertisement content by repeatedly participating in the same advertisement instead of participating just once. To this end, the present invention provides a learnable web/mobile advertisement system and method employing a repetitive participation scheme, which comprises: a learnable web/mobile advertisement server which registers and stores learnable interactive advertisement information in an advertisement database, exposes the information together with an advertisement propagation tab in real-time or at predetermined time through a device-specific dedicated application (or web browser) of a customer terminal, and, up to a time point when the advertisement exposure expires or a time point when the final winner appears, provides and manages a standby time control item corresponding to data processing and advertisement propagation relating to advertisement participation while distributing items held by each customer and status information thereof, together with a data processing result, to a customer; and an interactive advertisement application, which receives a learnable interactive advertisement information from a learnable web/mobile advertisement server, exposes the information together with an advertisement propagation tab, executes a learnable interactive advertisement according to inquiry and execution of an advertisement by a customer and propagation-or-not thereof to determine whether the customer has participated in and propagated the advertisement and an item possessed by the customer has been inquired/used, and controls transmission of the corresponding advertisement, processing of standby time for re-participation, and inquiry of and re-participation in the advertisement.
