A new high-speed railway rescue crane and a multifunctional high-speed railway rescue train, comprising a vehicle provided with wheels (3), and a concave floorboard (41) formed in the middle of a vehicle floorboard (4). A steel frame base (6) is fixed on the concave floorboard (41), clamp seats (5) are fixed on two sides of the steel frame base (6) and provided with V-shaped slide grooves (5.1), and a stand base plate (8) is fixed on the top of the steel frame base (6). Sliding tenons (8.1) are arranged on two sides of the stand base plate (8) and locked with the V-shaped slide grooves (5.1), one end of the stand base plate (8) is connected with a travel rod (7) of a hydraulic cylinder fixed on the steel frame base (6), and a rotary bearing (9) is fixed on the top of the stand base plate (8). A crane (11) is fixed on the rotary bearing (9), crane supporting legs (2) are fixed on the floorboard (4) of the vehicle, and clamp grooves matched with steel rails (1) are arranged at roots of the crane supporting legs. The high-speed railway rescue crane and a multifunctional high-speed railway rescue train combined with the same are adaptable to rescue in various accidents in special zones such as elevated zones, tunnels, water areas and with high-speed railway professional characteristics.
