A method, device, and storage medium for drawing a webpage text element based on HTML5. The method comprises: parsing an HTML label and a CSS style of a character string in at least one text group to be displayed in a webpage; buffering the character string and the HTML label and the CSS style of the character string; and according to the buffered character string and the buffered HTML label and CSS style of the character string, circularly invoking a canvas to draw the text group in the webpage. By using a text style created based on an HTML label and a CSS style, a CSS style in the HTML label is obtained through parsing, and a canvas is used to draw a text group in a webpage, so that the efficiency of drawing a segment of text "having multiple styles" can be improved, and the difficulty of subsequent maintenance can be reduced.
