The system uses a uniquely coded, machine readable tag which, when associated with a website, creates a unique sub-domain. The sub-domain contains database and other platforms which are, in turn, associated with a unique user. The user manages the account, populating and editing the database, creating public messages associated with each tag and communicating with other users, the system and general public. Individuals can access the public message of each tag for the purposes of information, access to the user or other designation action. Where items are lost, recovery is initiated by an individual accessing the public message associated with the tag and making contact with the user. The user can allocate multiple levels of access to the database for the purpose of viewing and action.
