The present invention relates to a method for managing a personal history and a system for managing a personal history. According to a first aspect of the present invention, a method for managing a personal history of a user, carried out in a system for managing a personal history, comprises the steps of: providing a personal history managing interface; and extracting a skill keyword of the user on the basis of personal history information received via the personal history managing interface. In accordance with the present invention, it is possible for a user to manage a personal history of the user efficiently.
