A heat removing apparatus used on an electromagnetic fan clutch comprises a driven rotor (903) and a driving rotor (902). A coil winding for outputting an induced current is disposed on the driven rotor or the driving rotor. The heat removing apparatus of the present invention can greatly reduce heat generated when a driving rotor (such as a driving shaft) or a driven rotor (such as a fan fixing disk) rotates, reduce energy loss, and achieve the effect of energy conservation and consumption reduction and meanwhile avoid premature failure of a bearing caused when the bearing is heated. The present invention also provides an electromagnetic fan clutch using the heat removing apparatus, a control method, and a stepless speed regulating system with the electromagnetic fan clutch.
