A control system with a built-in automatic control mode detects heat dissipation conditions of an environment to output a speed regulation signal. A manual control mode executes a rotation speed regulation command to regulate the speed. Under manual mode when the command is not executed, the rotation speed is controlled through automatic mode. When the command is executed, manual mode is executed when the speed value under the command is higher than the value under automatic mode. The value under automatic mode is maintained when the value is lower. An independent claim is included for an air fan rotation speed control structure.
