Disclosed is a disposable circumcision circular stapler, suitable for circumcising men with redundant prepuce or phimosis, and surgical circular stapler instruments. The disposable circumcision circular stapler comprises a glans cover (1), a cutter cushioning ring (2), an anvil (3), a staple cartridge (4), suturing staples (5), an annular cutter (6), a staple striker (7 ), a staple cartridge sleeve (8), a movable handle (9), a transmission connection member (10), a protection block (11), a pushing block (12), a sleeve (13), and an adjusting screw (14). The glans cover (1) has a glans cover body (1-1), a short tube (1-2) being disposed at the rear portion of the glans cover body (1-1), an internal thread (1-3) being disposed inside the short tube (1-2), a positioning protrusion (1-5) being disposed outside the short tube (1-2), and the cutter cushioning ring (2) and the anvil (3) are mounted in the glans cover body (1-1) (inside the front end of the glans cover), the staple striker (7) is mounted in the staple cartridge sleeve (8), the annular cutter (6) is mounted in the staple striker (7), the staple cartridge (4) is located above the staple striker (7), the suturing staples (5) are mounted in the staple cartridge (4), the movable handle (9) is connected to the rear end of the staple cartridge sleeve (8), and the movable handle (9), the staple cartridge sleeve (8) and the sleeve (13) are connected together by means of the transmission connection member (10), the protection block (11), and the pushing block (12), and the adjusting screw (14) is connected to the short tube (1-2) at the rear portion of the glans cover (1).
