FIELD: medical equipment.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a disposable connection unit for a surgical ring stapler and a surgical ring stapler. Disposable unit for connecting a surgical ring stapler comprises a nozzle fitted on the body by means of a nut for a nozzle forming a proximal end of the outer tube of the nozzle, connected to the nozzle shell, including in upper part ring with cylindrical knife, fixed on striker head, and anvil, and anvil is concentrically located on needle passing through inner tube nozzle. On outer surface of inner tube is installed nozzle spring, extracting cylindrical knife, located between remote end of striker hammer and flange of inner nozzle tube. A surgical ring stapler for connecting tissue fragments has a composite connection unit disposed on the body, comprising a nozzle, a handle, an indicator, an adjusting head and a hammer system. Nozzle is attached to anvil by means of tensioning system. Connection unit represents said one-time connection unit.;EFFECT: use of inventions makes it possible to ensure extraction of hammer together with knife, which prevents damage of connected tissue.;2 cl, 4 dwg
