The present invention relates to a device for providing a mechanical stimulus to a mechanosensory cell, comprising: a laser output unit for outputting a pulsed laser beam to be irradiated at a mechanosensory cell; and a control unit for controlling parameters of the pulsed laser generated by the laser output unit, wherein a mechanical stimulus is provided to the mechanosensory cell by using the pulsed laser beam.
