This invention relates to performance evaluation based on day-to-day contributions (descriptions of day-to-day real actions or/and real interactions or/and real communication) in people skills (relationship building and managing) or/and selling skills (effective or/and productive communication); the posts being received and evaluated through internet based worldwide web application. The evaluation of any post is carried out by random and anonymous queuing of the posts for evaluation by individual evaluators. The evaluation of any post is on an overall basis on a quantitative scale or/and a qualitative analysis as well as on three other specific parameters: first parameter being, innovativeness or thinking to capture creativity or/and presence of mind of the action or/and interaction or/and real communication described in the post on a quantitative scale or/and a qualitative analysis; second parameter being, relevance to capture the extent of relevance of the action or/and interaction or/and real communication described in the post on a quantitative scale or/and a qualitative analysis; and the third parameter being, timing to capture the timeliness of the action or/and interaction or/and real communication described in the post on a quantitative scale or/and a qualitative analysis; or on any other parameter of choice. To motivate people to describe/post each of their day-to-day contributions in people skills related areas or/and selling skills related areas, Ihis invention offers a countrywide or/and worldwide monetary reward for describing their day-to-day contributions consistently in the areas of people skills or/and selling skills or/and for describing the best contributions in the same two skill areas.
