The system has a blocking bar (20) provided with a pin (21) inserted in an oblong opening of a guide bar (10). The opening has a lower guide surface including a notch formed by inclined ramps for to and fro guiding of the pin when the pin rests on the surface by gravity such that the pin is guided slowly and freely during slow spacing and proximity between the bars. The opening has an upper guide surface including stop notches arranged in quincunx such that the pin is guided toward the stop notches and engaged in the stop notches to block the spacing of the bars during rapid spacing.
