The present invention relates to a wet electrostatic dust collector for collecting dust by means of arc discharge. The present invention provides ease of manufacturing a dust-collecting plate, which is made from a pipe and improves dust-collecting efficiency, and uniformity of the dust-collecting plate for the dust-collecting efficiency, and also improves the dust-collecting efficiency as well as ease of mounting due to the uniqueness of the mounting when the dust-collecting plate is mounted in the wet electrostatic dust collector.
