The plaster and/or reinforcing layer has a tensile strength of greater than 0.3%, and a flexural strength of greater than 6 N/mm 2. The dampening element is mounted on the building wall or ceiling, and ready-to-use two-component plaster mass for forming a single- or multi-layered plaster and/reinforcing layer is applied to the dampening element.
