The method for producing purified soybean oligosaccharide solution of the present invention is a method for producing purified soybean oligosaccharide solution from soybeans and/or processed soybeans, characterized by including: a step (1) for mixing soybeans and/or processed soybeans with a polar organic solvent and a water-containing polar organic solvent containing water, then removing the produced precipitate, and obtaining a soybean oligosaccharide solution containing a water-containing organic solvent; a step (2) for removing the polar organic solvent from the soybean oligosaccharide solution and obtaining a soybean oligosaccharide suspension; a step (3) for mixing the soybean oligosaccharide suspension with cellulase and obtaining a cellulase-treated soybean oligosaccharide suspension; and a step (4) for subjecting the cellulase-treated soybean oligosaccharide suspension to solid-liquid separation and obtaining a purified soybean oligosaccharide solution.
