The lead has a body (42) with an isolated flexible hollow sheath (44). The body is arranged with an internal driver (46), and an electric connector (60) having a central pin (58) that is connected to the driver. A guidance core (62) is arranged for driving and guiding of a stimulation needle (54) into rotational and translational movement inside a tubular body (48). A set of coupling units such as external thread (64) and internal thread (66), is ready to transform a rotation movement of the core with regard to the body into an axial translatory movement of the core inside the body.
