The device has two pairs of wire-shaped elements (1a,1b,2a,2b), and an adjustment unit (3a) movably mounted on the wire-shaped elements. The adjustment unit defines deviation paths (4) of one of the pairs of wire-shaped elements and separates the wire-shaped elements by a distance (X1). Another adjustment unit (3b) is movably mounted on the wire-shaped elements and defines deviation paths of another pair of wire-shaped elements. The latter adjustment unit separates the wire-shaped elements by another distance (X2) and defines a mechanical coupling unit (5) with the former pair.
