A vibration damping device for recycling bending-torsion composite energy in a piezoelectric mode. The structure of the vibration damping device is: an inner ring (1) of a vibration damper and a bending vibration inner ring (2) are overlaid and assembled integrally, bending vibration damping rubber (3) and a bending vibration damping block (4) are sequentially embedded on the side wall of the bending vibration inner ring, torsion vibration damping rubber (6) is mounted between the inner ring of the vibration damper and a torsion vibration damping disk (5), N independent ceramic piezoelectric patches (7) are mounted between the bending vibration damping rubber and the bending vibration damping block and between the torsion vibration damping disk and the torsion vibration damping rubber, and all the ceramic piezoelectric patches are connected through wires. The bending vibration inner ring, the inner ring of the vibration damper and the torsion vibration damping disk are all annular. The vibration damping device recycles vibration energy by means of piezoelectric conversion, and electric energy can be applied in vehicle illumination.
