Provided is an environmental control apparatus which allows return air paths to be installed and modified in an existing room and which is simple to clean, wash, and otherwise maintain. Also provided are components thereof. A suction unit (10) according to the present invention has a hollow box shape and is provided with a suction hole (12a) that draws in air from inside a room and a communication opening (11b) that exchanges air with an adjacent suction unit (10) or a blower section (3). A blower unit (20) has a hollow box shape and is provided with a flow inlet (20b) into which air from the suction unit (10) flows and a flow outlet (20c) from which air flows to an air supply section (3). An air supply unit is provided on a side wall inside the room, has a hollow box shape, and is provided with an air supply hole through which air is supplied to the inside of the room and a communication opening that exchanges air. All units are configured in a block form that can be attached to and detached from adjacent devices. The environmental control apparatus according to the present invention is provided with at least one of the block system units described above.
