The present invention relates to a shift shock reduction device of a gearbox driving system for a construction vehicle, and more particularly, to a shift shock reduction device of a gearbox drive system for a construction vehicle that is capable of gently conducting gear shifting from one stage to two stage and from two stage to one stage during the driving of the construction vehicle, while improving shock absorbing performance upon the gear shifting. According to the present invention, the shift shock reduction device has a one-stage shock absorbing spring disposed on the rear side of a one-stage piston to release the shock occurring upon the gear shifting from one stage to two stage and a two-stage shock absorbing spring disposed on the rear sides of two-stage pistons to release the shock occurring upon the gear shifting from two stage to one stage, instead of having no complicated structure wherein the existing modulation valve is mounted and the machining of the passage communicating with a two-stage pressure port is needed, thus easily absorbing the shocks occurring upon the gear shifting from one stage to two stage and from two stage to one stage.
