Provided is a fountain control method based on natural human-machine interaction technology, comprising: collecting natural human-machine interaction data (10); parsing the natural human-machine interaction data, and outputting a control command packet (20); and converting the control command packet into a control signal (30) complying with a fountain system. Further provided is a fountain control system based on natural human-machine interaction technology, comprising: a natural human-machine interaction data collection unit (101) used for collecting natural human-machine interaction data of an operator; a natural human-machine interaction data processing unit (102) used for parsing the collected natural human-machine interaction data, and processing same into a control command packet to output; a control command packet conversion unit (103) used for converting the control command packet into a control signal complying with a fountain system to achieve control of a fountain device. The present invention can bring the operator a completely new sense of participation into the fountain world.
