OXIDANT/DOPANT FOR CONDUCTIVE POLYMER PRODUCTION, SOLUTION OF SAID OXIDANT/DOPANT, CONDUCTIVE PARTICLES PRODUCED USING EITHER OF THESE, AND ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR USING SAID CONDUCTIVE PARTICLES AS ELECTROLYTE
An oxidant/dopant for conductive polymer production which enables producing conductive polymers suitable for production of an electrolytic capacitor with low leak current, and a solution of said oxidant/dopant are provided; also provided are conductive particles produced using these and having the aforementioned properties, and an electrolytic capacitor having a low leak current. This oxidant/dopant for conductive polymer production contains at least one element selected from the group consisting of organic ferric sulfonate, phosphoric acid, phosphoric acid esters, phosphorous acid, phosphorous acid esters, boric acid, boric acid esters, thiophosphate, thiophosphate esters, dithiophosphoric acid and dithiophosphoric acid esters; the solution is obtained by dissolving said oxidant/dopant in water, alcohol, or a mixture of water and alcohol. The conductive polymer is produced using any of these and performing oxidative polymerization of monomers such as thiophene or a derivative thereof, and the electrolytic capacitor is configured with the conductive polymer as the electrolyte.
