A dynamic recognition method for a network device topology of an intelligent transformer substation network device based on MAC address matching, comprising: obtaining a table of a corresponding relationship between an IP address of an intelligent electronic device/a multicast address of an IED and an IED name by parsing an intelligent transformer substation configuration file, and obtaining a table of a corresponding relationship between an IP address of the IED/the multicast address of the IED and a MAC address by parsing a section data packet; acquiring a MAC address forwarding table of a switch through a simple network management protocol; and matching a two-dimensional table by taking the MAC address as a foreign key to generate a switch port-IED name table, completing the topology recognition on the switch and the IED connected thereto, and conducting patterning display.
