ARCH-BREAKING APPARATUS AND FEED HOPPER THEREOF

Disclosed are an arch-breaking apparatus and a feed hopper thereof. The arch-breaking apparatus (1) is provided with at least one arch-breaking unit (11), each arch-breaking unit comprising a helical perturbator (100). The helical perturbator comprises a helical strip (110) of variable diameter spiralling around a rotary shaft (12), and an arch-breaking perturbation force is generated on the materials inside a feed bin by means of the movement of the helical strip in the materials. The arch-breaking component has a certain flexibility such that the component cannot be rigidly damaged in the process of arch-breaking movement.
