There is provide with a reducer damage-state notification apparatus for notifying the damage state of the reducer of a machine which includes the reducer and a lubricant deterioration sensor for detecting the deterioration of lubricant of the reducer. The reducer damage-state notification apparatus includes a damage-state notification unit for notifying the damage state of the reducer, a threshold setting unit for setting a threshold for performing notification by the damage-state notification unit, and a lubricant temperature acceptance unit for accepting the input of temperature of the lubricant. The damage-state notification unit notifies the damage state of the reducer corresponding to the threshold when a color difference between the detected colors and a predetermined color reaches the threshold. The threshold setting unit sets the threshold according to the temperature of the lubricant.
