Provided are a seat arrangement method and system based on a personality type test. The seat arrangement method and system based on a personality type test according to one embodiment of the present invention are configured to arrange seats of workshop participants using a computer in order to carry out a workshop on the basis of a personality type test. The seat arrangement method comprises the steps of: inputting information of the workshop into the computer; inputting, into the computer, a result of the personality type test of the workshop participants; analyzing the result of the personality type test; and deriving a seat arrangement result of the workshop participants on the basis of the workshop information and the analyzed result.
