The present invention is directed towards a collecting, determining the validity of, and analyzing transactions, comprising a plurality of electronic devices (1) and a server (2) wherein the electronic devices (1) comprise: means for providing electronic proof of a transaction to the server; wherein the server (2) comprises: means for generating and storing an ID code for every service provider (3) participating, means for receiving transaction data comprising the electronic proof and for determining the validity of the transaction based on the transaction data, means for applying an algorithm on valid transactions, means for sending information comprising an outcome of said algorithm to at least one of the electronic devices (1), characterized in that the means for determining the validity of the transaction does not use participant registration account data.
