METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ROLLING NEEDLE GROOVE FOR PLACING ROLLING NEEDLES IN SLIDING BLADE OF COMPRESSOR, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SLIDING BLADE OF COMPRESSOR

A method for manufacturing a sliding blade of a compressor comprises selecting a proper base material of the sliding blade of the compressor and performing cutting, thermal treatment, deburring, nitrification, fine grinding and milling on the base material to obtain a qualified sliding blade. A rolling needle groove for placing rolling needles is obtained by the following steps: 1) drilling: drilling a hole having a diameter slightly smaller than that of a rolling needle on one side of the base material of the sliding blade; 2) reaming: reaming in the drilled hole; 3) honing: performing honing in the reamed hole so that the hole surface reaches specified precision; and 4) cutting: cutting according to a cutting line on the honed base material of the sliding blade, and cutting off an upper part of the hole in the sliding blade to obtain the sliding blade of the compressor with a rolling needle groove. By means of the method, the hole after processing has high precision and a high-precision sliding blade is obtained; and rolling needles are limited by an arc-shaped side of the groove so as not to fall off from the opening in the upper part of a groove opening, and therefore a limiting part does not need to be arranged on a lateral side of a sliding blade groove.
