PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve particularly load resistance of a contact surface of a rolling sliding component.;SOLUTION: The rolling sliding component is in at least relative rolling contact or sliding contact with a companion member, and is formed, on its contact surface with the companion member, with a lubricating film 5 composed of a mixture of perfluoropolyether or its derivative, in which particles 6 of polytetrafluoroethylene resin are dispersed and mixed. The lubricating film 5 comprises a first part consisting of only the mixture of perfluoropolyether or its derivative along its thickness direction, and a second part containing the particles 6 and having the mixture of perfluoropolyether or its derivative existing on the upper side and lower side.
