The present invention relates to the manufacture of an initial tea, a steamed tea, and a fermentation tea using kalopanax pictus; and provided is a functional kalopanax pictus bud tea with anti-oxidant effect, anti-infammatory effect, and an anticancer effect. A manufacturing method of the kalopanax pictus bud tea comprises the steps of: roasting dried kalopanax pictus bud at 250°C for five minutes; cooling the same for five minutes; and repeating roasting for two times at 220°C for five minutes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
