According to the present invention, water flows through a water channel; water swirls on a certain location and rotates to make a liquor glass stay on the location. Swirling of water, which makes the liquid glass stay, is generated by blocking a portion of the water channel. The pump makes water enter into the water channel. Water in the pump, installed on the water channel, is discharged through a water discharging part. Therefore, water flows in one direction. The liquor glass stops when water flow stops on a water inlet.
