The present invention relates to a double-sided thin film solar cell applicable to BIPV for a window and a door and especially to a double-sided CIGS thin film solar cell which has both the front surface and back surface absorbing light to generate power by using both sunlight and indoor light. According to various embodiments of the present invention, the translucence thin film solar cell penetrating visible light of a certain range which is also a double-sided thin film solar cell does not use an organic substance or a liquid electrolyte to obtain stability and safety and is manufactured by a low cost solution process to not only reduce the cost of the solar cell, but also obtain other various effects described in the specification.
