The present invention relates to a fluorescent detection method of norovirus and, more specifically, provides a fluorescent detection method of norovirus including the steps of: (a) manufacturing virus probes by combining magnetic bead combined G protein with an anti-norovirus antibody; (b) forming a virus probe-virus complex by contacting the virus probe with an assay sample; and (c) combining fluorescent quantum dots with the virus probe-virus complex. The present invention can purely isolate the norovirus from a sample in which virus is mixed, and can detect the same faster than RT-PCR.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
